Boy Ski Jumpsuit

Boy ski jumpsuit fabric with allover print design of flowers and leafs, with membrane inside, so it has breathable 3000g/m²/24h, also has waterproof function 8000mm. Mainbody of the boy ski jumpsuit is allover print, with lovely flower and leafs, totally 8 colors make this style beautiful.

Body closed with a waterproof zipper at center front, color is matching the all over print background color, it reach from top of the collar to knee seam and top stitched to body.

Zipper underlap is 2 layer fabric, upper layer is main body fabric, lower layer is lining fabric micro fleece, it runs out the collar and turn over to work as zipper garage to protect the neck, width 3cm. This underlap also with 2 stitching to avoid zipper stuck.

For hood, it is removable 3-parted hood, hood edge is turned over with facing, made out of body fabric, turned over with micro fleece lining. Along the dividing seams, there are reflector pipings, filled with cord inside. Middle part the hood panel at center front, there is elastic tape to adjust and protect boy’s head from wind. Underpart of the hood lining is fabric facing.

Hood detached to body with invisible press button, button panel inseted to neck seam, with round edge and 3cm to center front zipper. Inside of the panel is interfacing.

For knee part, it is the separate piece of fabric, there is reflective piping at upper seam and lower seam. So when at night, the boy can be easily seen to avoid danger.

Stand up collar, outside is body fabric, inside is micro fleece.

At leg opening, body fabric single folded to inside and top stitched, the fabric facing inside turned over with lining, and there is elastic tape inside the leg opening to adjust, and there is also matching color elastic tape fixed at leg opening seam for shoes.

Leg outside seam and inside seam without obvious stitching, and with taped seam to make this boy ski jumpsuit waterproof.

Sleeve is 1 piece sleeve, only armhole part with single stitching and with taped seam inside. Sleeve hem with cut-on facing, single folded to inside and fixed by top stitching, turned over with lining, inside of it with elastic tape to adjust.

At backside of this boy ski jumpsuit, under waistband seam, there is elastic tape inside to adjust, also with dividing seams from waistband seam to crotch.

4cm below the elastic tape there is fabric inset, made of body fabric, all around with single stitching and taped seam.

Inside of this boy ski jumpsuit, with hanger loop inside at back part made out of body fabric, 2cm below the center back neck seam is print name label. Body and hood lining is micro fleece, fixed with small lining stripe to body at armhole and shoulder point. Hood lining should be fixed to body fabric by movable stripe inside. Sleeve lining is 210T taffeta with anti-static finish. Lining at body and sleeve hem will be with 0.5cm deep fold at edge, that is bigger than for shell for comfort.

Lining quilted together with padding in C.B. seam, side seam, sleeve seam, inseam and outseam.
